    Giveaway: 500 AggreTweet Beta Invites!

    <div style="float: right; padding: 3px;"><img src="http://images.totalgamingnetwork.com/images/AggreTweet.jpg" border="0">
</div>Total Gaming Network was graciously provided 500 invites to the AggreTweet beta! Let's just skip the formalities and dive head first into the meat of this announcement.

AggreTweet is a new web app powered by Aggregame.com which aggregates all the gaming conversations / buzz happening on Twitter in real-time live feeds for your viewing pleasure! Anybody who tweets about a video game with a known hashtag or keyword will have their tweet automatically picked-up, and displayed via AggreTweet to all who are watching.

AggreTweet is useful for 3 types of people. First is Twitter users - if you use Twitter as much as we do, you'll love that you can actively participate in AggreTweet. Second are just normal gamers, looking to stay on-top of all the latest-and-greatest gaming buzz. You don't need a Twitter account to enjoy AggreTweet; there's something to be said about spectators. Third are the publishers, site owners, developers, or gaming enthusiasts who want to keep track of how each game is trending relative to the next.

Via powerful graphing / metrics tech, AggreTweet goes the extra mile and not only rank-orders games against each other in terms of relative Twitter buzz, but also ranks Users against each other to help paint a clear picture as to just who in the gaming world is doing all the tweeting!

To experience AggreTweet yourself, just e-mail tgnbeta@aggregame.com for your chance at a code - the first 500 applicants will get exclusive early-access to the BETA, courtesy of Total Gaming Network! Just take the BETA code that gets returned and enter it into the specified field at http://www.AggreTweet.com - it's that easy.
You heard the lovely indented block of text! Simply shoot an e-mail to tgnbeta@aggregame.com asking for a key and it's yours. Keep in mind that only the first 500 users will be given an invite, so act fast!

I wonder how this will stand against TweetMyGaming from GamerDNA

Honestly, Aggretweet puts TMG to shame. All feeds are actual live feeds, as opposed to the few live feeds that TMG boasts. That's one of the big draws for me as I like to be able to actually sit and watch the news roll in.

I'm watching the MW2 feeds on both sites right now and Aggretweet is feeding the tweets at a much faster pace than TMG, thus "real-time".

I'm also noticing the inclusion of a chat box within each games separate feed on Aggretweet. I can tell you first hand that this is great for those of us who are keen on staying on top of the info, and allows us to watch the news roll in and chat about it simultaneously...conveniently might I add.

Both are showing graphs for the games, but Aggretweet seems to have the functionality down to a science where you're able to break those graphs down to hourly, daily, and monthly increments. That also goes for user graphs where you can see who is tweeting the most about what.

Touching on users, I've also seen that you can choose a user and be taken to their own Aggretweet feed where you'll see all of their tweets about a certain product instead of being taken to their Twitter profile (which can also be done).

All of this with the built in functionality of Twitter (RT, @reply, etc) just puts Aggretweet far ahead of TMG in my book.

(Also just noticed that Aggretweet displays thumbnails for twitpics! How cool is that?!)
