Played a quick game in singleplayer. The UAV is quite cool and the fixes are very good

Okay, Ben, come to the pc doctor. Because you've one ill pc. I just have built my 101th pc pure and solely for BF2 useage.

It runs BF2: 1600 x 1200, 4xAA, UltraHigh, 40fps at 64 maps, 50fps at 32 maps minimum based on:

Sempron 2800 64AMD overclocked to 2.4GHZ (on par with an Athlon AMD64 3700), xfx 6600GT 256MB agp, 1 GB of ram, 7200rpms Matrox hd, Gigabyte motherboard NForce 3 and onboard ac97 sound.

- low level format
- fresh install xp
- fresh install BF2
- G-Xtreme drivers from tweaksrus, version 83.62v2
- Latest chipset etc

And that is it. All on stock cooling

Now your rig should do 2 times this one does.
