Well the reason I dissapear months at a time is because keep taking long breaks from BF2 and the forums,especially when the forums were getting over run by people that didn't take my fancy lol and got real world stuff have to do

you really left because of stupid posts some people put in? ive been reading these for about 6 months and the the stupid posts (which tend to lead to the pointless arguments) are usually the best threads, im 24 years old but these aruments still make me laugh, for you to say "hmm yes, you know it was all getting a bit too much ,the silly people on the the forums - i just needed a break" is quite frankly sad as ****.

I started team killing to get your arse in gear... all you did was camp in an AA for almost the entire round and whine and complain about the copters killing you. Why don't you take more than a few months off, go away for a few years, the game is better without you... you really do suck at it.

I'm gonna wait on getting these packs. It seems EA has sucked the soul out of the DICE development community and it is all about the benjamins ($$) now. The mods will be enough for me. If only BF2 had the kind of community that valve games do. I don't mean to say that steam is way cool but they put out plenty of updates (fixing present issues instead of spending all resources putting out new material one has to buy)and new material without expecting you to shell out $10-15 each time. They also had resources for modders relatively sooner than DICE. All I can say is that EA/DICE has EARNED their reputation.

Feel free to disagree and even flame me away. I just got frustrated at how long it took for the first patch to come out and the majority of resources were going towards sf.
