I was watching the video and at the end after the guy has fallen into the 2 you see this thing move accross the screen really fast.
I think that it's a mouse cursor.

Now that would be hot. Fighting on a war torn NYC street, or a Washington DC area..... Las Vegas....complete with lights flashing...on the strip.
FIghting at an airport with static comercial jets around, where you can get into them...

After BF2, I'll probably not buy another Electronic Arts product again. I certainly have a right to my opinion, and I don't like where the series (and the company as a whole) is headed at all. My $.02...

Wow, what a friggen joke of a trailer. sure the video might me ingame... but none of the sounds are. and i won't even mention that lag and lack of teamwork will make anything like that totally impossible.

the thing was also stupid in that only the americans somehow had all the cool equipment... the mec would have been fighting back with the same stuff.

you will never play a game of sf that is anywhere neear as awesome as that vid.

All they have to do is turn their gamma right up. If they really are sad enough to do that, I know alot of people in other games do.

If it works in the expansion. I know if it works, everyone probably will, but I tried it on the video and still couldn't see a darn thing except for the occasional light and muzzle flashes.

And if places are tweaked to not allow you to up the gamma, that supports the idea of light hacks even more. I wouldn't doubt there's a way to tweak the lighting so it's not rendering any light at all in an area, therefore pitch black, so yeah, gamma wouldn't help there. Enjoy fumbling in the dark.

Yeah well it's no different than the regular BF2 trailer... I've never been in a server with teamwork like that before, and yet BF2 is an awesome game.

So the fact that there are night missions, new weapons, and a few new vehicles. I'm gettin' it.

When they said 100% ingame footage I think they mean it will be the animation you see in the beggining (like the one there is in standard BF2 where the Chinese and USMC are battling in Daqing), but yeah, even with a bunch of bugs this expansion looks like it could still kick ***.

Okay...looks cool. However, I'm skeptical. The video shows 1 team attacking the other defending. I got the feeling that it was a retrieval mission. If I'm wrong. I'll be disappointed. I like the idea of everyone having a post. However if this turns out to be another rush 'em mission, I'll get bored.

I was thinking the same thing. They make it look like you have objectives to fulfill in stead of capping flags. Seems interesting tho.

dling now. but the more I see of Sf the more Im intrigued and want to buy it despite all the whining on the forums about bf2 and its bugs!!!! Nice change and more awards to go for!!!!
