I noticed this forum went to **** as soon as I posted the patch this morning.
I actually had it last night, but the ftp site had the post dated october 2004 so I waited until this morning. I should have gone for it and patched mine so I could have made it available last night.
Is there a bandwidth issue on this forum...seems to be more off than on today.

My global score was like, 4263, and after killing one guy I jumped 2 ranks (Lance Corporal to Seargent). One word: W00T! ... now just gotta wait for the stats to update so I can unlock not one, but TWO(!!!) weapons yay ;P

Yah I got the download from the ftp but it was really slow like 14KK/s and than I switch it to my download manager that I use with 6 mulltiple downloads and it flew at 375+K/s. Those dowload managers are not nice on the bandwidth for those servers though, poor admin forgot to limit amount of dl/ from same ip.

Yes everybody use torrent so as to speed mine up. its free no sign up just get a torrent dnloader.

Yep, i'm downloading from the torrent at 150kB. Pretty good.

anyone else has problems to connect via ASE. doesn't work for me because that "EA letter" appears instead.

Although I'm not the person you origionally are asking, the Unlocks haven't showed up for me yet, and I was promoted 2 ranks about half an hour ago. The BF2 Stats page in the game still shows me as a Lance Corporal, so I guess we just have to wait and see what EA does... although I kinda wnat my unlocks now
