Alice: Madness Returns is now available through Steam. We don't normally make note of every release through Steam, as if we did we'd also have to mention the release of Solar 2 today. Oh, well it looks like we just did anyway.
However, what makes the release of Alice rather interesting is the fact that many believed there was a huge rift between EA and Valve and that well, all future EA titles would not be appearing on Steam. Perhaps the release of Alice was already set in stone long before Crysis 2 was pulled from the service for reasons that are still rather vague, even with EA's response. Or perhaps the issue was never really an issue to begin with and aside from Star Wars: The Old Republic, gamers have nothing to worry about when it comes to EA and Steam.
Regardless, go check out Alice: Madness Returns. The game looks rather interesting and fans of the original Alice title will probably love this one. I know I'll be giving it a go later on today.
