Duke Nukem Voice Actor Says to Read Between the Lines

Jon St. John, at last week's MAGfest, spoke during a panel in which he fielded a number of questions from the audience. Naturally, questions about Duke Nukem Forever were asked and here is what St. John had to say about the matter.

"I'm not allowed to speak on that subject, sir," St. John explained. "He's asking about Duke Nukem Forever, let me go ahead and tell you right now that I’m not allowed to talk about Dukem Nukem Forever. The crowd of course groaned in disappointment to the statement, to which St. John facetiously responded, "No, no, don’t be disappointed. Read between the lines. Why am I not allowed to talk about it?"

Does this mean that Duke Nukem Forever is still alive and is legally not allowed to talk about a project that is still a WIP? Or does it simply mean he can't talk about it because it's a dead project?

Oh the Duke Nukem Forever non-news just keeps on coming, doesn't it?

It all depends on what the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that St. John most likely signed stated for him not to do. It's most likely still alive and well. I would think that the NDA would dissolve if the project died.
