Modern Warfare 2 Patched, Balances 1887's

Praise be to whichever deity you give your praises to, a patch for Modern Warfare 2 has been released that balances the akimbo 1887's! While the full list of changes are not yet made public, and probably won't be until after the holidays if this Tweet is any indication, we do have a few specifics.

• 1887s Balanced.
• Public "private" Match fix.
• Infinite Ammo fix.
• Prestige Hack on PS3 fix.
• Texture Hack on PC fix (eliminates any edits to IWD files also).

This patch is for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC platforms.

so is this server side only or client side? if its client where do we download the patch?
