Modern Warfare 2 PC System Requirements

According to the GameStop listing for Modern Warfare 2, the PC system requirements have been revealed.

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
Hard Drive Space: 16 GB free hard drive space
Operating System: Windows® Vista/XP
Processor: AMD 64 3200+ or Intel Pentium® 4 3.0GHz or better
RAM: 512 MB RAM (XP) / 1 GB RAM (VISTA)
Video Card: Shader 3.0 or better 256 MB nVidia® GeForce™ 6600GT / ATI® Radeon™ 1600XT or better

Modern Warfare 2 is slated to be released on November 11 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.

16 gigs of hard disk space? Seriously? How?

The Xbox 360's disks can only fit 7 gigs of space. Does that mean the Xbox 360 version has 2-3 disks, or did they just not bother trying to make the storage requirements reasonable for the PC?

Most new games don't seem to care about space like they used too :/
