Team Xbox has put together a nice, four-page spread detailing the various ways you can build your character to your liking.
Check out the guide to see if you want to play as a Soldier, Hunter, Berserker, or Siren. Each class corresponds to a different character within the game world and each class has a unique ability associated with it. The classes can be played in a variety of ways.

There’s a lot of flexibility in how you can allocate the earned experience points, which in turn opens the door to you building up your character’s skills in the “right” categories (though, there’s no “right” way to do it, because the final decisions are based on your skill and personal desires). To do that well, it’ll help to have a list of those skills, so you know which ones to build up and hone throughout the adventure. What follows is a breakdown of each of the characters’ skill trees and what each skill offers in its initial state. You can make your character into a monster of offensive skills, a rock of defense or a great teammate who builds up every ally in the vicinity. Prepare now, because the game comes out on October 20.
