The Xbox 360 version of Left 4 Dead was updated earlier today with a few fixes and prep work for the upcoming Crash Course DLC. The most apparent changes are updates to the HUD while playing as the Special Infected.
A timer countdown was also apparently added that alerts players as to when their Infected teammates special abilities are recharged. The achievements were also changed to the degree that many now see "X of 60" achievements earned. Previously, this figure was only 50 leading many to believe that these additional achievements are forthcoming in the Crash Course DLC. Other fixes and improvements were also made in this title update.
With the Left 4 Dead Crash Course "Game With Fame" event beginning tomorrow with the band, Paramore, the DLC release is rapidly approaching. Be it tomorrow or later today that the content is released, we'll let you know the moment it's available.
