Bethesda is prepared to give away a free Xbox 360 theme to everyone who has purchased all available DLC for Fallout 3 by September 22. This means that if you already own all of the DLC expansions, you're already eligible for the free theme.
If you don't own all of the DLC but still wish to pick up the theme, it can be yours for 240 points. The theme will be released to everyone on October 1.
