Rockstar was forced to remove old copies of the game and release San Andreas again with the offensive content completely removed from the discs.
"The class action was related to allegations of the purported "Hot Coffee" content contained in the Company's Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas title and historical stock option granting practices," said the company in a press release.
The suit alleged that the company knowingly shipped San Andreas with the secret "Hot Coffee" sex minigame included on the disc.
"We are pleased to have reached this settlement, which represents another important step forward for the Company," said Take-Two chairman Strauss Zelnick.
