Optional Update for Counter-Strike and Condition Zero Released

A Counter-Strike 1.6 update that was previously in beta is now available as a final but optional update. This update is for both Counter-Strike 1.6 and Condition Zero.

Half-Life Engine
• Added -sys_ticrate command line option to allowed forced override of ticrate
• Prevent more cases of server redirection

CS/CZ
• Added -nobots option to allow forced override of bots on servers

Server admins should run hldsupdatetool to grab this update, or not as it's completely optional.

I'm sure tons of people will complain about this, despite it being optional.....They should make it mandatory.
