You may as well give Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare the title of "Juggernaut" because it's showing no signs of stopping. It was announced today that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has surpassed the 13 million units sold mark.
Originally released back in November of 2007, the announcement of 13 million units sold comes on the heels of a June 2008 announcement for 10 million units sold. It was only very recently that the game was lowered in price across the board.
It is perhaps no wonder then that Modern Warfare 2 is one of the more highly anticipated titles of 2009. MW2 is slated to be released on November 10 of this year.
