Deciding to take anti-cheat measures into their own hands, the CPL has just unveiled their own anti-cheat system, conveniently called the CAL Anti-Cheat System (ACS).
The Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) announced the initial release of a software compliance solution for its online league, the Cyberathlete Amateur League (CAL). The CAL Anti-Cheat System (ACS) is a multi-game solution that will ensure fair competition in CAL tournaments and CPL online qualifiers.Feedback can be provided, with more information being found at the CAL ACS website. The ACS will be in use in the upcoming CS1.6 season (after the 2006 Championship Finals) and in all CAL divisions.
