I work in the UK Defence industry. The Canadian, UK, US and german armed force, possibly more, have used mods based on the original Half Life for training purposes for the past 3 years at least. A cursory search of Google reveals:

Read Comment 30 and say that again. The supposed "cream" of the world's military have been using Half Life for years to train with. Don't try and use this story for a sly dig at the Iranians whne they're only following what the west has been doing first
