but in all honesty....do we really want the MTV gamers on xfire?

the last thing i want is :xXfall out boyXx: messaging me with "omG d u KnOW how 2 get teh sims2 To WoRK?!?"

basically what i'm saying is that all the intelligent/tech-savy people out there already have xfire, and mtv is only going to attract the smacktards (just like when any forum/game/meme on the net gets popular)
The smacktards are already all over Xfire. Welcome to the internet.

When i said i wished Xfire would sell out, i momentarily forgot that neither the buyer nor the seller in cases like this ever give the slightest thought as to what they're buying, why, and where to go with it.

I meant i wanted them to sell out in a way that would get it into Trillian so i'd have an actual interest in using Xfire's features. Selling to MTV Networks is just about the exact opposite of that, and it's once again proven that the pit of business is, in fact, bottomless.

Another great program soon to be ruined with advertisements.

But it's not like I wouldn't sell out for that much, though.

LOL, cracks me up that they managed to use all of you people to promote the program before they sold it for big bux. I remember seeing so many forum sigs saying "we need your support". (or something like that..) haha, the internet is just another way for for the big boys to milk the herd.
