Leet Krew and SAS are my favorite models; I'd really like to see them in there. Yeah, it will be nice to see different models ingame again, instead of CS:S: Attack of the Clones or some such title.

True, but CS:S is a Counter Strike port, so I don't know if they'll put in Condition Zero materials.

No, I think there will be 5 models. in 1.6, the key for auto selecting your model was 5 because there were 4 models to choose from, in CZ it's 6 because it had 5 models, and the key for auto-selecting models in source is also 6, implying that there will be 5 models. And besides, why would they waste time making a perfectly good model for CZ and then scrapping it in source?

I'm going to agree with B33R's logic on this one. CS: Source is more of combination between 1.6 and CZ.

You can pick up nades from dead bodies something from CZ not 1.6

Adding bots much like the one in CZ .. not in 1.6

The Location names are shown in radio/team chat, and under the radar from CZ

Also the map de_tides



Why oh why not the Hostage AI from CZ... I just do know. Maybe something better to come then.

Nothing personal, but that has got to be one of the worst ideas to ever be brought up for CS. If CTs are against 'R's, that automatically implies that 'R's are terrorists, whether or not they get along with all the other terrorists.

I play far more CZ than CS1.6, simply because it's either the same or superior in every regard -- nothing was made worse. It looks better, gives me basically as good of framerates, and has some excellent improvements (like those that have been mentioned above) that were carried over into Source.



Honestly, the only reason I still play any CS1.6 is because I have friends (who do not have CZ) with whom I still enjoy playing from time to time. So, while you may not think CZ is any good... you'd have a hard time convincing me that CS1.6 is better than CZ, and we already know how popular CS1.6 still is.

I think he meant 3 groups all at the same time, I.E. a CT spawn, a terrorist spawn, and a rebel spawn. I do agree it's a horrible idea though, as it goes against CS's counter-terrorism theme in favor of some kind of weird team deathmatch.
