get a 9800 pro and you should run it with everything on high + hdr with solid fps. <- thats what I was told from someone with similar specs as you.

That must be some slow ass GPU, or that guy who benchmarked it is a retard, i can get 130 FPS at that res 640 with a 9800SE...
