Last word was that they didn't have plans to incorporate the vip mod nor as_ maps into Source. The guys at Turtlerock are doing what they can at least. Kudos to them!

I think it's truly great that the community have taken action instead of waiting for Valve to release an update for CSS that enables VIP functionality. The community themselves have adapted this VIP mod it's truly great to see. Let's hope more things like this happen in future for added fun to CSS and to show Valve they're not doing such a great job.Comment

I think Valve should of just added VIP functionality in the first place. What's their damn problem? Were they too lazy too add it in the first place. After all, this was supposed to be a direct port of 1.6 which did indeed have VIP. Damn, even if VIP wasn't that popular it sure seems to be with the support of the VIP mod, the company really is annoying.Comment

Valve sucks. They've got a lot of projects on the go, yeah, but I'll never ever forgive them for the lack of player models in Source. How fucking hard is it? I hope their colons fuse shut and their eyes melt and drain down their face(thx bash).
Oh, on a positive note, good job with the SOTD and POTD updates. I'm very impressed. IT'S LIKE BACK IN TEH DAY.Comment
