pags wrote..Why are you trying to classify video/computer games into nerd or jock genres? They're both games. Nerds can like both, and jocks can like both. Jocks probably play console games more than computer games because consoles are alot cheaper for gaming purposes. Stop being a stupid asshole and trying to wedge people apart.
haha actually it's more like:
HL2 is a nerds game
Halo 2 is a jocks/prep/dumbasses game.
All the Madden 2005 playing jocky, or not jocky, kids who own a shitbox...er, xbox,Shitbox instead of xbox huh? Damn.. you write your own stuff? I'd like some tips.
praise halo 2 because for some reason every praised halo 1, only because it was THE only good FPS for consoles. Goldeneye still rocks it, if you ask me.Halo and Halo2 are cool games. They both have problems, but who cares? They're still fun to play. Personally, I'd take regular CS over Halo2, and I don't know what HL2 will be like,
You're saying that if Goldeneye and Halo were released at the same time, you'd play Goldeneye instead? Goldeneye was a revolutionary game for consoles, but it just doesn't stack up to today's games.
Anyways, if you actually did HL2 VS Halo 2 as in Gordon VS Master Chief Bitch, Gordon would probably just use his ultimate physics system to throw a saw at Chief and cut him in half, while chief would try to throw something at him, however there is barely a physics system for HL2.Funny that you say that when 1) You havn't played HL2, and 2) if you've watched the Bink videos, you'd see that the physics system (if implemented that way) would be a big part of the game, and a bigger part of the game than any game before it. Halo2 has 'pretty' physics, but nothing that can help you or even anything you can even really play with.
Point is, you're a stupid fucking idiot. Get out.
Halo2 is fun for a bit, but its really repetitive. Good story? No, not really.
For anyone who's played the game, on the level where you play as the Covenant guy (I can't remember his name.. starts with an A) and have to make it through the Flood infested "Wall".. explain to me why there are no doors in the entire complex, only turbines, and yet there are already Covenant allies just walking around down there when you had to start from the top and work down?
There's some things in Halo2 that just don't make sense. The AI is pretty crappy, especially if you let your allies try to drive.. make sure you're far from them or they'll run you over. The zombie-like Flood can suddenly pilot tanks, ghosts, and other vehicles, yet they aren't smart enough to move AWAY from grenades. Why does an energy-sword have ammo?
