Halo 2 is winning because halo.bungie.org sends it's extremist army of fanboys whenever they find out about a Halo 2 vs. Any Popular Game to said site. The people who go to halo.bungie.org are like robots; they don't care if any game is superior to theirs, or have a chance of killing Halo 2. They vote like robots. haha actually it's more like:

Halo 2 is a jocks/prep/dumbasses game.



All the Madden 2005 playing jocky, or not jocky, kids who own a shitbox...er, xbox, praise halo 2 because for some reason every praised halo 1, only because it was THE only good FPS for consoles. Goldeneye still rocks it, if you ask me.



Anyways, if you actually did HL2 VS Halo 2 as in Gordon VS Master Chief Bitch, Gordon would probably just use his ultimate physics system to throw a saw at Chief and cut him in half, while chief would try to throw something at him, however there is barely a physics system for HL2.

I'm gonna play both games..



But upfront I don't think H2 stands a change v HL2 as the better offer.. Just look at the mod potential of HL2 alone, or the far superiour graphics, physics and story of HL2.. H2 doesn't stand a change.. Only thing H2 has over HL2 is builtin MP, which is still pretty weak with only 10 maps imho.. I'm gonna play H2 just because I like to play it with my Xbox Live friends that don't play PC games, that's all..
