Half-Life 2 Fallout is down. Probably killed by thousands of people flocking to their forums to post words of celebration. The funny thing is, when the game is actually released there won't be anybody posting about it in forums, everyone will be playing. So any site that can hold up under today's load will be fine come the 16th. I sure hope they actually make the "planned retail street date."
