Open up the sound GCF in GCFscape and look at the folder structure and file names. So if a file is in the /Poo folder in the GCF, put the replacment in Counter Strike Source/cstrike/Poo

They need to be not mono. I believe it needs to be 44,000 hz rather then the 22,000
