CS: Source Tomorrow?

A quick trawl thru the posts hasn't brought this up (it may have done but I haven't seen it) but..........



Are there now 2 4th Octobers?? The news was posted today and yet it states that CS:Source will be released "tomorrow, the 4th of October."



Will someone plz enlighten me?

On the front page, it says: Oct 3rd (when it was posted, last night)

Actually, it has been mentioned that this release date is not official and not to expect it to come out today (THE October 4th, the one and only.) So just sit back and relax, it will come.

Actually it was posted late last night, so there's probably some sort of time zone error in there somewhere.

According to my secret sources which are way more leet than csnation's, cs:source will not be comming out today. I'll be sure to post back here and laugh in your faces at 12:00 am tonight when we still dont have cs source....

According to my view it says 2:30am on the 4th.



My PC prob won't run CS:S anyway so I'm not THAT excited (spec: Athlon XP3200 512DDR 400Mhz but GeForce 4Ti4200).

hey, the date is like this Month/DAY/YEAR and remember we are in 2004



and your pc will run cs source on low levels just upgrade the ram and video card and u will be set

Of course it'll run on your system. Probably at 50FPS on directX8, wich is really fine.

Save up for a new video card and that's about all you need. 512DDR MB ram is fine and is one of the preferred requirements for half-life 2 and cs:source. The GeForce4 ti4200 may run well on CS:Source anyway, the decision is up to you, so you may want to test it out a bit.

That is what it says on my screen. I am aware of US-style dates (I am from UK FYI).



TBH I've trawled all other sites and can't find anything......

im pretty much losing my mind. i ate some super sweet cake and now im all hyper and excited about cs:s. seriously going to lose it.
