The PC Gamer writers are hyping games, not reviewing them seriously.
So, prepare for 97% *rolleyes*

Well yeah, but they probaly did the same with Doom 3, so the over inflated scoring system is all on the same scale. So if HL2 gets a higher score than doom 3, then it's probably a better game.

Actually that still doesnt work in the context you used it. According to your previous statement, you intend to place your headcrabs upon the heads of Valve's employees. You are not "inciting to a hostile action", you are physically the cause of the action itself. Different. Sorry, I dont know you or have anything against you, I just cant stand it when people botch the english language.
Mobius? wrote..i remember that.. and the person who said that he was told by his friend... who apparently lied (according to what he said.. but his friend didn't exactly "lie" but misinformed). I think I found this overat hlfallout forums. Therefore, people, it's false.
I heard a from an unreliable source that the PC Gamer score was 89%

Spookie4551 wrote..hey... i always go through the pictures first! and really... when it comes to games like HL2, I really don't care about the reviews. the whole "game review" thing doesn't make sense to me anyways... It's about what "I" think that matters when it comes to games. (I guess that's why i stopped getting those game magazines...) Just my opinion.
With that I'll explain, PC Gamer cannot write an article if their lives depended on it. Instead they fill the magazine with screenshots to make up for it. I, myself, would rather hear of the interesting features of the game. Rather than look at the nice static pictures.
