It's not RC. It's a product that they sell for money. I couldn't know it wasn't ready when released. I relyed on them and bought it just after it's relased. Again entro and you and other gonna be Valve advocates, it's not an RC not a bonus. It's a component in the package we have bought. Valve has sold it to me. I want it full, without the major bugs etc. It's not told to us that this is screwed rc or beta and we'll get the real CSS after release of HL2. It's written on their package information is that we can get and play CSS (not rc or beta or anything) immediately. This is my very first right. Bitching around here, blaming us just makes you look more childish. Just try to grow up a bit or look mature.

how about inferno? that map is great. Also they should try and make the hostages get out of the way and maybe duck from bullets, give them a little more ai :) . Oh and the boxes that push you away are pretty anoying, especially when they get you killed. Otherwise CS:S is excellent! GJ guys.

All kidding aside, even with its downfalls CSS is shaping up to be one kickass game. I have no doubts that when a final build of the game is released it will provide many sleepless nights of fun. Not to mention HL2, I imagine that it will provide just as much entertainment as DOOM3 did for me however I exepct HL2 to provide it for a longer period of time.

Prodigy is a great choice. So are the choices they made for release in the first place. Especially Piranesi. It always amazes me that after all this time when that map comes up now there is always at least 2 people who state "What map is this? I've never been here before?"

Don't you kids check out new maps when they are released anymore?

In the 1.3 days we salivated at the thought of new maps and played the shit out of them when they came out in a patch. Because they were new and different and no one had memorized each and every point yet, that was where the fun was...and still is! There are still killer maps being released every day now and no one plays them.

Now Valve announces the news I have been waiting for....a map made from the ground up on the Source engine. That's awesome news!

And most of you are just interested in the same 'ol maps still.

I see clearly why Valve rarely responds to posts anywhere these days. I wouldn't either if I were them.
