LOL. You call playing video game "Training". And all the hard work only earned them $30K. I could have done better in 2 months on the stock market if I spend 40+ hours each week trading.



I don't know how old they are, if they were my son and they are under 18, winning money playing video game is not something the parent is pround of. How about "training" for a 1600 SAT.

Nde I am glad that you're not my parent... no I may not "train" to play a video game, but at no point should any parent depreciate an accomplishment that their child is proud of... It is what is important to the kid that matters, yes the SATs are important, but pulling your kid completely away from something that matters so much to them just doesn't seem right... besides, if they weren't getting paid to "train" then they would probably have to get a job doing something else anyway. Study for the SATs, but don't give up everything that is important to you at the same time.
