In the continuing effort to kick out all the bugs that are within Source, a new update has been released for CS: Source. Cliffe just unveiled the changes and additions. In addition to the major bug fixes, there are a number of weapon textures that have been re-done to provide a more polished look to a few of the weapons. Go ahead and check out the rest of the updates and changes below while you restart Steam to grab this update.
- Counter-Strike: Source Beta Changes / Additions
- Improved consistency of hitboxes between the server and client
- Fixed glows showing through map geometry
- Fixed grenades getting stuck in props
- Fixed rendering errors with DX8 and anti-aliasing
- Fixed playerlist in-game UI: will now properly display players
- Fixed skywalking exploit on De_Dust
