i never DLed the HL2 beta, i got tired after it was crawling along at less than 1kb/s. but did dl a warez copy of CZ. sure it had bots, nice graphics, but no single player only multiplayer lan with bots. and of course online was impossible because it was cracked. now im still using my CD key from HL i bought in 1998. hope whan i get HL2 for real, i can be given a didfferent steam id, im banned from many places ya know
