    CS:CZ 1.3 Details

    The gravy train for Counter-Strike: Condition Zero owners seem to be getting, uh, more filled with gravy as time goes by. With CZ 1.1, CZ 1.2, and three deleted scenes additions already rewarding CZ owners, you'd think Valve would know when to stop.

    Apparently not, as owners of Condition Zero will be invited to join the Counter-Strike: Source BETA test, Valve revealed yesterday. And the fun doesn't end there. In a recent Steampowered.com forum post, Jess Cliffe announced some additions that CZ owners can look forward to for the 1.3 update:
    We'll release Truth [for multiplayer] and another map to be named later next CZ update. Three more unreleased [deleted scenes] missions are also on our radar.
    Truth was just recently added as a deleted scene. Thanks to CSN member eram for the heads-up. In related news, you can grab CS:CZ for $30 at Amazon.com.

                Yeah, I guess I'm one of those "losers" that ordered CZ when it first came out.

                Oh well.... I guess I'll go play CS Source now.

                    2 new maps hardly counts as a 1.2 -> 1.3 upgrade :o

                      Darn it, they've found a way to make me buy CZ. Just release updates and allow beta access. Pretty enticing. =)

                            love the constant updates, but agree, this isn't exactly a new version..? now a new gun or two... then you'd be talking... :o

                              I can't remember what website I heard it from, but Half-Life Source might have Doug Lombardi and Jesse Cliffe on Half-Life Radio this Friday night to give us more details on this CS: Source thing.

                              I really hope that it's going to be released soon, because all of his suspense is killing me!
