The servers run at poor FPS rates (<65 if I remember correctly)

They also ping spike at random times which is never good.

i agree. servers where their fps drops below 100 should be flagged by the steam server browser. even better, how about introducing a column to show current server fps so that ppl can ditch those slow servers and play with a nice "lan like" feel to them.

Meh we used to have a server, I can't remember who with, but the fps was in the mid 200 range, I loved it

PHXX.net runs pretty crappy networks. The only ones I would say are worse are ReconGamers.
