This column does not concern the US scene, and I really can't comprehend what that has to do with anything. I merely stated that the problem is bigger in the states than over in the UK, thanks moron.
1) I don't need to know the UK scene as well as I know the US scene. You can search the web and look at leagues and such and easily make a judgement. The US has many American/Canadian leagues with hundreds of thousands players. However, I don't think the US has the biggest userbase, but I think the US has a bigger userbase than the UK.
2) You forgot to make a number two, and you have no grounds to even speak of another person claiming they have more experience than me. Thanks for letting me speak my opinion, you should learn to accept.

This article has nothing to do with the USA. It's simply about the UK sponsorship scene. Anything related to do with the states is irrelevant.

I didn't make up a single fact in the column and the article was merely a reflection of what i've been told be the sponsors themselves.
I'm the manager of Team AMD Gamer, u know, that team that's a part of the AMD Marketing plan in the UK. I speak with AMD marketing frequently.

For the record, I rarely read many comments before I post and when I do post, I'm not helping anyone else -- I'm stating my own thoughts about it, which seem to have been aligned somewhat with some others.
From the few times I have read articles form the UKT they have been full of hogwash and misleading information in the past -- therefore, yes, I'm biased myself against UKT, sue me :) Don't take it to heart, friend, as I don't recall saying your writing was poor, just that it would have been a lot nicer to have seen it written well "thought out" instead of out of frustration. How things are handled and problems resolved is determined by those seeking a solution. :/ forgive me if i thought posting such seemed a little abrupt and ill-mannered.

Off the record, some people would believe the sky is green if you told them. Some people would say it's blue and some would suggest purple. Anyone can say/do anything and someone, somewhere, will agree.
I thought it was good, because I'm not picking on the computer user's scene -- from past experiecne in the workplace pretty much everyone is a bad speller, bad with grammar and has learned not to care as much (but often on important jobs, the spelling still is not correct). If you didn't catch what I meant at the end of my comment, it was more or less giving you higher credit than some have said was deserving. The view on the CS community is usually very bad and has a lot of vulgar language, lol I didnt notice that from your article really and I stated that -- on the other hand, I agreed that you were blowing steam seemingly, about something that really was nothing to worry with at the moment, these things happen and the bottom line is, someone somewhere is going to bring home the bacon and in a year no one will remember this. It's the news which causes things to happen or keeps things from happening, so promote the teams who are working hard as well as the ones who are falling apart, instead of reporting only the negative, what 'sells' is basically similar to what i meant~
I'm also very liberal in that, if it's casual conversation, then it's not a newspaper article. I read news on the internet just as if it were a newspaper, :/ i just expect a good show from inet sites, i like it well-kept, not casual when its important - and i deem news important (except blah news items) -- hey everyone has a style, i dont argue against it, but for such an article i owuld have personally, made it as good as could be, especially if i was blowing off steam :)
