    Sponsorship Analysis

After the fall of Infinity-eSports, an infamous international multigaming clan that was heavily sponsored, UKTerrorist examines the issue regarding company sponsorships and gaming clans today.
Imagine you're a marketing manager at a Nvidia or ATi. You're job is to find ways of promoting your products in the most cost-effective way possible. Now imagine you sponsored a team a year ago but the team folded shortly afterwards and the cards never returned. Everyday you receive 10 -- 20 e-mails asking for your company to sponsor their clan. All of them are the same amateur text, improperly addressed and poorly though through. Naturally you delete them, they are just spam to you. You might even setup a rule (which I know one or two people have) that sends any message with the word 'clan' into a separate folder that you empty at the end of every day.
Before you try your luck at scoring a few sandwiches and high-end videocards, take the time and carefully read through this informative article.

      It's your, not you're.

Those people should really learn to spell.

I'm talking about the guy who wrote that article.

besides the 3 or 4 petty spelling errors that everyone has a hard time with (as with every article written), I believe it was a great article and a nice read.

normally spelling errors dont bother me, but when a guy COMPLAINS about spelling, then makes errors himself, that just makes him look stupid.

Not really, that article was most likely written in frustration. It's understandable that there are a few spelling errors.

very informative article but sponsorship tbh was never that easy even if you were one of the best clans it still took hard work and an awful lot of percistance.

Unfortunately UKterrorist doesn't have CSNation's cool spell checker next to "post comment", so stop raging on about spelling errors.

Very good article. I know that the same thing happens with Paintball teams looking for sponsorships from major manufacturers and the teams plainly suck.

I honestly didnt realise spelling came so natural to all you clowns. My god you lot have really made something of yourselves bashing an article on an internet website. AHAHA so cool.

i really do love the self rightous articles that use spell check but are not thorough enough to read through their own article. an article to published in this manner should have been checked at least by the site if not the author...

sponsorship in general is very wasteful of resources, so what if a gaming clan wastes a few more buxs?
