Shame really - I was always hoping the Vivendi would develop new version of all those old adventure games that kept me entertained on my 286/12Mhz amberchrome machine back in the day. Sierra did a great job remaking some of them in the early-mid 90's.
It would have been really cool to see a modern-day Space Quest or Hero's Quest. You can't even play the "new" versions of these without running a CPU speed limiting program. Damn shame.Comment

Vivendi/Universal has been in the financial shit for ages; it was rumoured in FT that Sierra would be shut down. TBH I'm surprised they've lasted this longComment

oh and won shut down a long time ago...at least for a lot of game...i think what was it, cs was one of the last to go..? even though won was already gone, lol..appended @ [time="1088458807"]
i noticed some ppl said pq, lol i still have Police Quest SWAT...lol so many cds...man that was annoying...i was GLAD to shoot that old lady...:$ but when she was in the house it was freaky, lol...
but i dont think anyone mentioned conquests of camelot, lol i have that sitting here too...damn if anyone knows how to get past those grey stones after you meet the witch who steals your 'purse' lol let me know...its bothered me for like 8 years or something..
