Damn, does this mean I'll have to actually aim instead of shooting half an inch from their right shoulder to score a headshot? dunno if ne1 told you yanks but you can copy the updated cz cl dll to your 1.6 cldlls folder and customize your crosshair already, its common knowledge on uk sites and has been since they update CZ. just a case of sticking the cs:cz client.dll in your 1.6 directory

I'd like to see all these new options (radar, corsshair, and whatever else they have) have a spot in the options menu. It's kind of pointless to make these options only accessible by console.

Its actually easier to access the console compared to the Options. But nice idea.

They should just merge CZ with 1.6 and save themselves both the criticisms of their respective fans, and they'd also only need to worry about updating one piece of software.

Pretty sure the flashlight sound fix has to do with how it can prevent the gun firing sounds from playing properly, for example the bug/exploit with a silent AWP shot that was possible while operating the flashlight. Or something to that effect.
