Sadly, there's no room left on my keyboard for such things. Every single key (aside from the power management keys) is mapped to do something in CS, heh. So yeah, gamepad control for me. :)

Did you try deleting your Steam\clientregistry.blob file? That seriously clears those up most of the time.

valve is just too damn slow at fixing glitches in steam (they only have 2 people working on it) and in-game.

what would be cool is like a toolbar that controls crucial aspects like mic volume, music volume, game volume, and other stuff like that. and all this would be controlled ingame by just pressing a key ingame and using three keys to navigate or via console key and use mouse.



winamp causes me to get kicked off, plus i like to skip certain songs. also my winamp skin uses memory like crazy

Eh, doing that would just put more pressure on an already memory-hogging Steam. If you want more obligatory programs running and slowing down your Steam, then get individual ones.



I'd rather have programs on the side rather then a slow CS.

CS is random because the bullet recoil pattern is a random spray cloud (in full auto), thus the bullets don't go where the barrrel is actually pointed during recoil.
