I've never played SC simply because I'm addicted enough to CS as it is, and I watched friends get totally hooked on it. I don't need another addiction, heh. :)

At the time of this comment CS is trailing by over 5000 votes, but kudos to the 2004 (isnt that a cool coincidence) who took two seconds of their time to submit a vote that means nothing to nobody. Go counter-strike!



And anybody knows that Starcraft and Diablo have at least as much replayability as CS, but when you play those games too much they gradually transform you into some weird hobbitish homosexual. Comparable to Gorging in Natural-selection.. And btw.. 3V3 BGH!!! got old 5 years ago.

And diablo.. (forgot to make a dig at diablo before I closed) Diablo is the interactive cs-nation banner ads.. with monsters instead of Ts lurking by, packaged and sold just for you LOTR worshipping vampire walrus children who play it. Actually I think clicking on those poorly animated terrorists is MORE amusing than diablo, still dont have to aim though.

It's been pretty fun to watch the success of CS over the years. Back when I started playing it at beta 1, I would never conceive that it would become as big as it is today. I was thrilled at first when everyone and his mother started playing it, but now I wish it would just die as quickly as possible. CS was old even two years ago.



As for myself, I don't play it anymore, or any other games for that matter. I have no idea why I'm still visiting csnation. :)

are you insane?! counter-strike has no chance in this battle because its based on azeroth!... there's no way counter-strike will win this one and to prove my point check how far behind it is because starcraft and diablo 2 has raped it in that competition!... as far as half-life goes, you guys should vote for that one as well when it comes to the final competitions...

i'd rather see super mario brothers three than cs in there.. either that or... Super Mario World from snes!!!!! damn i loved that game all my life and i still do. i beat the starworld inside the starworld in less than a day :)

i'm soo glad unreal tournament didn't get so far in this "grudge"... i tried that 2004 demo and had NO! fun.. someone would fly into my base with the vehicle thing and alls i had was like a pistol that couldn't hurt them and they just repediatly ran me over... now that's no fun

The obvious REASON why CS lost is because it was difficult to find where to vote for it. I know its right there but it took a little for my eyes to be drawn away from SC and DII before i saw the CS option.
