Play.com ships games for free to Sweden and England at least. There's a list of countries on their site. I'd bet they are cheaper than most of the places you see around on the web.

I bought it on steam the day we could preorder and I played today took me 3 hours to beat normal mode which was probably pretty slow since I was eating and watchin tv at same time.

The Bots are amazing, but the "missions" are boring its just kill 3-4 people with this certain gun and kill a total of 6-15 people with any gun, rescue hostages, blah blah blah.

Wasn't worth the $29.99 but oh well.



And Gameshot you idiot, at bestbuy you pay $9.99 to preorder then when you actually go to get the game you pay the last $30 its the same for Diablo III

is the multiplayer seperate from normal cs?



i'd like to get it but no servers play it probably, so i would still need to play regular cs anyway

The new maps are pretty cool and the changes to the older maps are good too. Yes multiplayer is seperate from normal cs and there are servers but only about 100 so far but thats pretty good considering it just came out today

new maps -



tides by davej - awesome map, awesome awesome map... looks and plays really well. sorta small but in a good davej'ish way.



stadium by narby - the outskirts of a stadium during an english soccer match. had some weird layout changes i don't remember but still retains most of what made it awesome, so also worth checking out.



downed by crinity (originally called enemymine) - Jungle setting with Crinity's ridiculous nice brushwork. It's a complicated map that I don't forsee most average cs players really diggin into. I personally like it because its large and plays a bit slower and more tactical... prepare to be a bit confused the first few times you play it.



fastline by someone at ritual... i dont remember his name - it's easy to be positive about stuff i saw being worked on and playtesting so I guess it's harder for me to like this one. But it's just really static and boring to me, had an okay layout which unfortuantly is connected by the most ludicrous ceiling vents of all time (in the middle of like 4 paths there is a VENT ROOM where you can stand up and fight... i mean for real. I'd like to hear someone else's non biased opinion on this map...



then all the same old maps were there... 4 maps for 30 bucks...

So basically they've paid for a fancy splash screen, leaked deleted scenes, bots that we've tested before, and a few new multiplayer maps which anyone can now download from the servers and restricted rights to condition zero servers that are laggy and few of.
