Planet Half-Life has posted a Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Hands-On article where Kevin "Fragmaster" Bowen takes a look at the yet to be released title. Here's the end of the article:
While Counter-Strike: Condition Zero doesn't exactly live up to its original concept and at this point seems dreadfully dated when compared to the immediate competition, it's easy to recommend to the Counter-Strike fanatic who can't get enough CS, CS newbies, and/or people with poor connections who want to play a good game of CS offline. If you don't like Counter-Strike to begin with, CS:CZ certainly won't change your mind, and if you're happy just playing CS 1.6 online, you may find it hard to justify shelling out $40 for a handful of slightly different maps.Check it out. I've played CS:CZ quite a bit over the last week and I have to agree with Fragmaster for the most part.
