And for the record, its very easy in Canada to mail illegal things nationally, as soon as you mail it anywhere else outside the country

(going international), it can get traced more easily, and if u get caught its a federal offence (which is common knowledge anyways) so in the instance with this 10 year old, it doesnt count because hes protected by the young affenders act and hes under 18 years old.

Whatever the parents do, they'll be in the wrong. Bust the mom on this, the child and the purchase of the gun are her responsibility.

i personally am against any assault rifle being able to be owned. hell i dont see why some1 would need any gun other than for hunting. i know my friend would NEVER do anything harmfull with his ak. a responsible parent would know if their child is sending an ak to canada...

A responsible parent wouldn't give their 15 year old son an assault rifle in the first place.

What Canadian accent? I mean I'm sure there will be Canadian reports about this, but the article posted on CSNation is from "The Grand Rapids Press" in Michigan. Last time I checked, Michigan was still in the States.
