I fail to grasp the point of this. You're supposed to grab the demo of someone you played against in a match and send it to Counter-Hack? If someone is hacking they are not going to send you a demo of them hacking, unless they are forced to. And that is something only a league can do, because they can threaten suspension or ejection from the league. Even then there are still people who claim they didn't record, the demo was lost, etc, when a league asks for a demo, so I really don't see any way Counter-Hack is going to get more than a handful of demos of hackers in leagues.
And let's not forget the fact that pretty much every reputable league I can think of has their own demo reviewing team. That team directly influences what will happen to someone who they feel is hacking. What, though, can the Counter-Hack demo reviewing team do besides say "yeah he's cheating tough luck?"
