Interesting. Looks as if this league DID go nowhere. Taken from their website as it is at the moment:
"The website and league should be fully functional within 3 weeks, of November 26th, 2003. If there are in draw-backs, and/or problems you will be notified by this site."
Also, in their IRC channel there is nobody idling except for OCGL|Steve and his bot - no admins left.
Looks as if he sure showed us! CAL fell apart and OCGL took the scene!
Also, CSN, this is why your news people need to look into a league a lot more before posting about them. At LEAST wait until they are fully functioning.
