He means that he can't access any of the files because PanelHosting's bandwidth for CSNation is exceeded. I'm not having any trouble with dis network...check your internet settings and see what cookie level you run on. Medium - None is fantabulous for downloading most anything.

OK, I have never changed cookies and I used to download from here all the time. The panel-hosting bandwidth error is popping up consistently and the DIS link just gives me an error. Can someone please explain what the deal is (preferably an admin b/c I hate fucktards who know nothing but think they know everything).Comment
