Sorry.. but.. I think I'll have more fun wanking.

If you REALLY want to play CZ.. it's complicated.. but here is what you do.

            1. Get bots.

            2. Install them.

            3. Start up a game.

            4. Make your own objectives as you kill the bots.

And that's it! That's all CZ is. I'm so happy! OMG. I'm about to bust in my pants with excitedness. Sorry to say, but I think VALVe should sleep with their teddys and think what a mess they've done besides having sexy, wet dreams about this hip new game that's awaited and aticipated by so many!!

Look what I found from the Ritual's site..
As CS-Nation reports in a hands-on preview, there is now a fifth developer working on Condition Zero. Turtle Rock Studios, responsible for the official CS bot, has been called upon to make some fundamental changes to the game. The heart of the version of Condition Zero that will ship next month will be a so-called challenge mode, which is basically glorified botmatch featuring the CS multiplayer maps everybody's come to know and love over the years.

For those of you who'd rather play Ritual's version of the game, CZ will also include 12 of Ritual's single player missions. Those missions will also feature special equipment and updated weapon models. However, if you were hoping to use Ritual's updated weapon and player models in CS multiplayer, you're out of luck. According to Valve, they were unable to get those models to work correctly. This seems strange, considering the team at Ritual was playing vanilla CS using those models several months ago. Ironically, Counter-Strike Xbox will still feature those apparently broken models.

All of the classic CS maps in Condition Zero will feature updated textures - specifically, those created by Ritual for the Xbox version of Counter-Strike - along with special detail textures also originally created for the Xbox version. Both of those features are touted as being Xbox-exclusive on Microsoft's CSX product page, but apparently that is no longer the case.

As reported last Wednesday, Condition Zero was supposed to go gold on Friday, but as of right now, the gold announcement is nowhere to be seen.
Let the rants keep coming! Conspiracy theory.. heh..

Well, I just think that it's quite odd actually that Ritual's magnificent character models are still going to be used in the X-Box version of CZ. Is it truely "broken" or does this lead to something? Tricky tricky Valve hehe..

NOTE: This was posted on www.ritualistic.com on October 13th. I would appreciate it that you do not delete this post. I would like to see some feedback from this post.

*Gasp* I've come up with a great idea.

For all those kiddies thinking CZ will be a horrible game.. save your money! That way, after HL2 is delayed ten years later after the supposed release date, you will have ground breaking computer technology which will blow all possible opposing computers away so you can play this wonderful and dramatically delayed game, Half-Life 2! YAY!!!

never fear, you can still see all the ritual stuff in cs xbox, you twats

and dropping cz for halo was a stupid idea on gearboxes part. halo pc is terrible.

i'm buying cz on the 18th over steam, and i think all of you should. cs is such a revolutionary game, i would buy anything cs-related. cz is a must-have for anyone whose ever played cs. the same goes for csx (unless you have a ps2, then ur in big trouble) ;-)

I don't know, I always thought the Ritual models weren't ugly. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
They weren't, its just half of these morons don't seem to like change. And then when they get the info 'staying the same', its all 'WTFF!! I NO LOVE U LONG TIEM!!!1' Btw, put your fish back as your avatar, its so much better.

                              It's really odd..

When was Ritual notified that you had switched developers?

It's like they don't even know what's going on..

How long has Turtle Rock Studios been developing this game anyway?

It's really pathetic to have this game turned into a "Tony Hawk" style of gameplay. I'm not saying it's going to be bad, I'm just saying that I would have liked an actual single player. I liked Ritual's approach to single player but I guess that's not what Valve wanted. Ritual's character models, weapon models, and special effects would have been great to add to this game. This game feels more like 1.7 than an actual single player add-on to CS. Out of all these posts, most of them are negative comments. I'm not the only one that sees something wrong here.

                                CS:CZ = Nothing New

I agree with many of you. Who CARES how good the bots are? Who cares how good the single player mode will be? We'll just play it through once, if ever, and then go online to play with real people.

No new models? No new guns? What the heck is this? Why not just make it CS 1.7 and leave the CS:CZ name for an actual NEW CS. Honestly, hearing all this ticked me off soooo bad. Waiting all this time...for what? "Smart bots"? I'd be ashamed to call this CZ. This time I'm HOPING for another delay if it means New Models and Weapons. If not, I'll never be able to bring myself to play CS:With "Smart" bots.
