even de_cobble hasnt had an FPS drop like the other maps have.

ok i got the new steam update but i still get an invalid id ticket error when connecting to server... the the updates not fix it right or is it just me???

You know, I have found a straange one, I can join two games of cs, with steam at the moment, I dont know why so weird, but I managed to get into two servers, with my one install... anyone else duplicate this?

Any chance you could somehow block out the Terrorist sniping tower by their spawn? Or perhaps, put a little button somewhere else on the map, that when activated, lets loose killer bee's in the room of that tower?

by the way i used to get constant 100 in cs1.5 with 1024x768 but now i cant even get constant 80 with 640x400....

1792 x 1344 32bit is what I run my cs at and it runs at 100fps.



If it's a shiity ass game then why play it?



Friends works splendid, map bugs fixed, shield bugs fixed and more. No odoubt they will get round to fixes as and when time permits. Patience is a virtue.

ROLF ............ steam worked like a dream today good fps, bullet reg was spot on for both sides ...... some good pub players for a change, everyone had a good time ........ my Friends, it don't get any better than that .... sweet.

steam is gonna great after they have the time to work out alot of the bugs that are there now, but thanks to the glory of steams auto update... there wont be any new patches to mess with...

Indeed. I have done the same thing. Here's how I did it:



Open Steam

Click "Games"

Play CS

CS Opens

Go to "Find Servers"

Join a server

Control-Alt-Delete (but do not end the process of HL.exe)

Back to the Original Steam Menu

Click "Servers"

Join a server

Control-Alt-Delete

You will now have TWO HL.exes running

Switch back and forth between the games for no reason what so ever!!

Note: this is not an "exploit" do not try and "crash" a server with this, morons.

Also note: please don't ban me, this causes no harm. You're only hurting yourself.
