They are fixing some things. So yes but they are updating it again.

Read the fixes in the newest update that will be released shortly. Its jsut a steam error. It will be fixed.



I am glad to see VALVe working hard and fast on steam, its pulling through, I love it and think its a great new way to play games.

why do you get lower fps in steam cs1.6 then in 1.5??? do they want all of the people who dont have good computers or good gfx to go out and buy one just to play one of their shitty ass games?



by the way i used to get constant 100 in cs1.5 with 1024x768 but now i cant even get constant 80 with 640x400....

I assume those of you on about the 1000ms pings the demo recorder was having, have never actually watched a demo. I've no idea why it happens, but occasionally when you watch a demo it will display a ping like that, even though it was considerably less during the game.



If you've ever actually played with a 1000ms ping, you'd know what its like and it definitely doesnt look like that.
