ah man, i was so excited. i was thinking, no way they would pull a delay 7 days before the planned release date, that would be a rude and false thing. man that sucks. what ever valve.. maybe they knew that CZ would bomb if it was released after HL2.Comment

I dont think they promised. But anyways, I knew this would happen...oh well, they delayed it most likly because of problems in production or bug fixes. I hope this delay will make the game that much better.Comment

even though i sort of expected this to happen, i'm still bummed. i've been really anticipating this thing, especially as 9/30 got closer. it was getting hard for me to sit through a lecture and not have my mind drift to what surprises hl2 has in store.
i can wait. i really just want them to be happy with their product, because i know when they're happy (and finished) -- i'm gonna be damn happy.Comment

oh wow, that actually pisses me off that they would wait this close the the release date to officially announce delay...
they are f'n with us the consumers, that leak earlier this month or last month that some guy said november.. but valve reacted by saying it was still set for Sept 30th release date... blah to that, what bs!Comment
