I just LOVE it when people play the Freedom of Speech card. The simple fact is that CS-Nation is the medium, and they get to control the content. I could write a 12-page article for the New York Times entitled "24 Reasons Why The New York Times Sucks"...are they going to publish it? No! Do they have to? No! It's their medium - if you want to publish such an article you can start your own newspaper.
So much for freedom of speech.

Well yes it doesn't apply, as it has to do with voting (universal male sufferage, 21yrs) and not allowing ex-Confederates to hold office.
I don't think the 14th amendment applies to websites, though!!!!
If we allowed freedom of speech then the comments would be worthless because everyone would post "ESPORTs/XBOX IS GHEYYY!!" and "FIRST PSOT!"Comment

The 14th amendment, in part, protects individual freedoms from being abridged by the state...meaning yeah, it does apply to web sites in that the state can't bypass Rizzuh's 1st amendment right to post whatever the hell he wants, and to moderate this site to his e-heart's content. Can you imagine a legislature sending csnation a letter reading "any further moderations will result in fines of no less than $5,000."

PS- But, uh, yeah: whoever posted above me was correct...I don't know what kind of stoner confuses the 1st amendment with the 14th ;pComment
